Could slice a hair
Bang straight in , liked that. Cool harmonies. Verse had a sgt Pepper feel to it. Cool snare sound. Ooh a little Bowie too. Love the fact its pop'y and your chorus is "Radio Friendly". This song has it. Sharp, informed and knowing without being smug. You guys remind me of my band! Ha Ha. Its all about knowing your stuff and using it wisely and sparingly. You guys are a very very good band!

fiogf49gjkf0d RADIO FRIENDLY
Yesterday was right on time
It paid a visit when you closed your eyes
Water dripping from the ceiling
Downstairs playing the café
You felt singled out
Less than all the best
Wouldn’t settle for nothing less
So you took your songs
And chucked ‘em all
Can’t make it with those they said
So you lost yourself and sold them a lie and now you’re
Radio Friendly
A Radio Star
You’re Radio Friendly
Yeah that’s what you are
It’s no good to tell you
I think you’ll go far
Now they love you for your talent
Although you haven’t played a note on any albums
Sometimes they let you write a song
Then laugh behind your back when you ask to put it on
You feel singled out
Compromised and cold
And you wonder why you got no soul
You got your money
But you got no cred
Your star burns hot then you lose your head
You’ll always be a belle at the ball when you’re
Radio Friendly
A Radio Star
You’re Radio Friendly
Yeah that’s what you are
It’s no good to tell you
I think you’ll go far
You feel singled out
Less than all the best
And you wonder how you lost control
But you made it here
Where everyone cheers
Then you realize what you’ve always known
You never really made it at all but
You’re Radio Friendly
A Radio Star
You’re Radio Friendly
Yeah that’s what you are
It’s no good to tell you
I think you’ll go far
