The Rivergods , fronted by singer/songwriters Ben Parent and Nancy Parent, have played folk-country-roots tinged rock around southern New England since 1997. Employing pedal steel, mandolin, guitars, keyboards and strong vocal harmonies, the Rgods are one of Southeastern CT's longest running and best-known original bands. What you'll find here is a collection of songs from our first two releases, "Capsule" and "Time Has Come", along with some previously unreleased tracks from "RIVOLVER", a ten-year retrospective collection of unreleased "B-sides", reflecting the band's evolution and musical growth over the last decade.
