This is a song about desperation and a call for redemption. It is best known among Saints fans for the hooky "Whoas" in the chorus. This was a rare song in that it all came together in one night at the jam hall with Phiffe writing the lyrics for the verses and Deion chiming in with the choruses.

The words that came to me are never to proceed
The things that I regret won't reconcile my debt
These walls they seal my fate, so hard to concentrate
An ever present fear that the end is near ...
Bring me back to myself (Bring me back)
And save yourself from me
And now I think that you and I can get it right
That's how its supposed to be
Controlled by empty lies I need no alibi
Although there was no crime I will pay the time
So now it's time to go, step into the unknown
A place with no design, a place where I can find
Bring me back to myself (Bring me back)
And save yourself from me
And now I think that you and I can get it right
That's how its supposed to be (That's how it's supposed to be)
When does this end ....?
