The minister is dead
Did you see it on the TV
Did you hear it on the radio
And do you care what so ever
Did he attack our society
Or did he just kill one person
Did he just raise editions
By taking a famous life
It was featured on prime time
We take interest in one life
We buy popcorn and hide
Under the blanket
Ignoring the death of a five year old kid
And everyone who cried
I’m sure most didn’t know her
I’m sure most never saw her
But just caved in to the pressure
But the editors felt joy
Now they could sell their papers
And we bought what could be bought
About the ministers death
The minister is dead
The minister is dead
The minister is dead
Did you see it on the TV
Did you hear it on the radio
And do you care what so ever
