I was livin in upstate N.Y. in Guilford, which was a very small town area in a beautiful country area, we had 20 acres of land which was great huntin, turkeys and deer.I put my gun in the cabinet and with so much thanks to God in my heart,I thought about how my life was measuring up, and wrote this tune,the words just flowed out and I put it on a cassette....it took only 0ne hour.
