CATCH THE RAIN
When it keeps raining and raining for weeks on end
It drives you round the bend
Slipping and sliding and keeping you inside and when
It just keeps pouring and pouring it brings you down
But don't be blue
Cos with a barrow or bucket or two
Or just an old gumboot
You can always catch the rain
And save it on the shelf
To see you through the thirsty days
Whenever you feel the wet weather is not much fun
Remember that if the sun
Keeps shining and shining your garden starts dying so when
You see those storm clouds roll in it ain't doom and gloom
Try something new
Any old saucepan or tin can will do
And if you can find a few
You can always catch the rain
And save it on the shelf
To see you through the thirsty days
Yes you can always catch the rain
Sometimes it just goes on and on and
On and on and
On and on and on and on and
On and on and on and on and on and on
You can always catch the rain
You can always catch the rain
You can always catch the rain
You can always catch the rain
