A Hippy love song to a city I love for its openness and tolerance of every kind of people.

I grew up on San Francisco Bay across from the City. Going to San Francisco was always something special - it's like another world. I spent (or misspent) many weekends during my college days there. The city has changed a lot, but it's still a place where you can let your freak flag fly. They celebrate diversity of all kinds, and I thought that deserved a song.

In San Francisco
They love everyone
You can do your thing there
Since 1851
No matter what your thing is
They got a place for you
Love who you wanna love
And be who you want to be
And fill the world with so much love
And help the world be free
Love who you wanna love
And be who you wanna be
And fill the world with so much love
And help us all be free
In San Francisco
No one gets too uptight
They just let it be there
Because it just feels right
Everybody's welcome
To be who they are
(CHORUS)
In San Francisco
That's where I wanna be
But I can't afford it
Rent's highway robbery
In San Francisco
You don't get nothing free
(CHORUS)
