I'm not sure really, it just came to me. There was very little ambiguity when it came to this song, everything was pretty obvious like "This must be done, and it must be done like this" - that said though, it did take a lot of time and effort to get this song over the line.

Had a lot of material prepared and was having trouble deciding what to do, so I decided to focus solely on this one song to make things as simple as possible and here it is.

Through Ecstasy & the Agony - Disconnected Genius
-
Yeah, I'm working out, running is medicine
You're my saving grace, knowledge and discipline
(And) When I fade away, will you stay with me?
Through Ecstasy and the Agony
Through Ecstasy and the Agony
Genius is a rose, they mistake for a weed
Casting aspersions, from invective flavoured seed
Watering their leaves, in the ultimate con
A conspiracy, that they don't know they're in on
(And) When I fade away, Will you stay with me?
Through Ecstasy and the Agony
And the agony…
And the agony…
And the agony…
Through Ecstasy and the Agony
Through Ecstasy and the Agony
Through Ecstasy and the Agony
Yeah I'm working out, running is medicine
You're my saving grace, knowledge and discipline
(And) When I fade away, Will you stay with me?
Through Ecstasy and the Agony
And the agony…
And the agony…
And the agony…
Through Ecstasy…
And Through Ecstasy…
Through Ecstasy and the Agony
