LEGENDARY MUSIC Funny how one can listen to song after song after song looking and waiting for that one special song to connect with you in some way, any way at all. All so often it depends what our invisible antennae might be seeking on any particular day or night, or perhaps the mood we're in or the situation were facing at any given time. I'm like that when I'm driving along in my car with the radio playing. Song after song can play and not catch my attention, and then all of a sudden that one song comes on and bang - I know immediately that I like it. I must confess that I'm like that when I come here to my station and go on a song-seeking mission. Lately, due to circumstances unrelated to IAC, my available time here has been extremely limited, and the one thing that I refuse to do is to compromise my song searching and selections by adding songs just for the sake of adding songs, so I do greatly appreciate the patience of artists to wait for me to get to their page. Every song here has been special to me in some way and has fit into my personal concept of Legendary Music. Tonight I ventured over to The Mulligan Project Artists Page and began to work my way down through the song selections, reading the bio and the posted reviews as I listened. I was two away from the bottom of the list when it happened. I clicked on "Brave The Storm" and BANG! Within the first ten seconds I was bought and sold. I love the fetching intro here so much and the mellow vocals that flowed oh so easily into the melody were as soft and sweet as any honey could be. This is a song about life and love told with deep feeling and emotion that pulls one from beginning to end, from word to word through these great lyrics right into the two lover's playful words with each other. Great vocals, great lyrics, great production and a beautiful ending - how much better does it get than this? I rest my case. What a pleasure it is to add The Mulligan Project to Legendary Music.
