Top Of The Sun

To say I love you doesn’t make it real
So now I show you with every sense I feel
When you lay me down, ignite the flame

Oh no don’t disappear I can still see the top of the sun from here
Climb up and sit with me in the highest branches of the tallest tree
Oh no don’t disappear I can still see the top of the sun from here
Going nowhere, going nowhere

Amazingly, I’m melting into you
We’ll turn into dust, blow away and catch the sunset lost, the two of us

Oh no don’t disappear I can still see the top of the sun from here
Climb up and sit with me in the highest branches of the tallest tree
Oh no don’t disappear I can still see the top of the sun from here
Going nowhere, going nowhere

No need to talk now, no more to say
Were breathing thought clouds pray it doesn’t rain

Oh no don’t disappear I can still see the top of the sun from here
Climb up and sit with me in the highest branches of the tallest tree
Oh no don’t disappear I can still see the top of the sun from here
Going nowhere, going nowhere

NATURE ENTER ME!
We are currently working on our debut album ‘There and Back’ which is due to be released later this year. All songs are written and recorded by Denise Haworth (UK) and Carlo Letizia (USA). We have been lucky enough to have a couple of extremely talented musicians on board for the production of this cd.

LEGENDARY MUSIC
It's funny in a beautiful kind of way how sometimes just the right song can send the mind spinning and whirling back through space and time to a place that you once shared with another very special person - a place that you've longed to return to and to taste the sweetness of once again. It happened here to me, tonight. I was just about ready to turn the porch light out here at the old cabin and pack it in for the night when I decided no, I've been AWOL at Legendary Music for longer than I should have been and there's a few artists here at IAC who have asked me to stop in and have a listen to their music. Well folks, right from the first few bars of Carlo's intro on that beautifully soft acoustic guitar of his, the sweet fragrance of jasmine drifted through my memory as strains of Seals and Croft's "Summer Breeze" echoed through my soul reminding me of summer nights spent years ago in the arms of ecstasy. I was almost ready for Deni to come in and take me all the way with her vocals. I was not ready though for the way she did so completely, lifting me up and laying me down again ever so beautifully and totally with some of the most captivating vocals I've heard in a long time - soft, romantic, caressing and engaging at first, and then powerful and strong just ahead of Carlo scorching out one awesome guitar solo. And then ever so gently, like the widening and slowly disappearing ripples on the surface of a glass lake, the music trailed off, fading into the darkness and stillness of the night. I wanted to stay sitting on the porch here at the cabin until morning, waiting for the "Top Of The Sun" to appear once again ... beautiful lyrics, matching production and arrangement, Carlo's virtuoso guitar playing and Denise's sultry, seductive vocals - nothing missing here, nope - a sure ticket to Legendary Music. Welcome aboard Deni and Carlo.

Labeled "Acoustic" but it is so much more. I'd call it a power ballad which gets quiet when it should, and really brings it on in the choruses. Listen, and pay attention to the words. It's all there for you
