Everything: Tom O'Brien

I was playing one day when it really was raining and the sun came out brilliantly at the same time. I figured for someone else in another part of town, we'd be in their rainbow. Made me think of different perspectives on an old relationship.
When there is sunshine in the rain
And it glitters to the ground
You're in someone else's rainbow
In the lonely part of town
And you can't see for the pain
And your headache starts to pound
And the note is on the table
And she's nowhere to be found

I can't believe through the tears
That I've wasted all these years
Butterfly, it's too soon
To be missing your cocoon
And the leaves in the trees
I will fall like one of these
In a year, in a year
I'll completely disappear

When there is something in your brain
In the corner of your mind
And you think you want to go there
But you're afraid what you will find
Like a thousand bloody stains
Like a flashing neon sign
It demands that you should know where
All the devils are designed

(Chorus)

Oh, you're a pretty one
When you look from outside
I've seen another one
Lurking round that you hide

(Chorus) x

What the Folk!
Tom tries his hand at a nice folk tune and does a real nice job, some pop elements on this one pretty well done my man, good vocals and harmonies. great story line too. well done. a real good listen. perhaps the bridge transition was a little weak vocal wise ,stretched it there, maybe work that part. overall nice work Tom
