God I am so angry at this person.
I know I need to forgive, but I need your help on this one…
He has hurt the ones I love, and doesn’t even realize it.
Day after day he does me harm- a man I cannot acquit.
I can never make him happy, for his expectations are high.
He points out the smallest mistakes and nags me till I cry.
The bitterness in my soul is great and it’s impossible to hide.
All of these sins I just can’t brush aside.

I pray for his salvation and that you’d melt his heart of stone,

He says that he is a Christian, but sometimes I wonder how.
He says one thing, but does another, and one can’t trust his vows.
Lord, I pray for this man; I’m down on my knees,
For this person whom I speak is none other than me.
