I wrote this song back in the 80's about a post drug cultured society after the 60's and 70's drug crazed era where many lived in a drug induced world and refused o accept reality as a normal way of life. The song asks that maybe it's time to just give reality a chance and maybe you just might find it to be enjoyable.

Living In Reality:
verse:
There's a place that you can go
People seldom come around
A place that everbody knows
Why don't you stop on down
It's not the kind of place you dream about
like in some paradise
but if you look at it the right way
it could be all so nice, just open your eyes and see!
chorus:
Living in reality, Ah ah!
Living in reality, Ah ah!
verse:
It's not so very hard to find
Gettin' clser every day
Try to open up you mind
You don't even have to stay.
Just come and visit every now and then
for just a little while
Just come as you are now
you don't have to go in style
It's well worth your while to be
chorus:
Living in reality
Living in reality
Bridge:
And I hope that you like it a lot
what have you got to lose
But sooner or later,
you might not get the chance to choose
verse:
There's a place that you can go
people seldom come around
Where you're going no one knows
Where you're lost is where you're found
It might not be the place you dream about
like in some fantasy
But if you look at it the right way
well it could almost be
just open your eyes and see
Livin' in reality
Livin in reality
Repeat - out!
