Annie Marleau has magic in her vocals and she gives a nice Bluesy twist to this tune,so even though it may have americana roots, it grabs the bluesy side of things too. that minor key and transitions offers up something mysterious and perhaps even hope for the best of things. so lets just say it gets to the heart of the matter and gives a wonderful truth.
