12/31/2021 - Contemplating Waves by Contemplating Waves has been nominated for a 2021 Golden Kayak in the Rock/Guitar Instrumental category. We thank everyone who selected us and congratulate all the other nominees.


12/23/2021 - Russ Foreman is currently composing new songs and preparing to produce new music for release in the Summer of 2022. Larree Hollywood has signed up for collaboration and co-conspiracy and will be adding his guitar stylings and vocals to the new project.
