States Of The Mind is an open band that consists of Tyler Dedera and a whole array of singers and vocalists. Based out of Northern Arizona you can trace States Of The Mind from Northern California to Iowa. In the style of such other artists as Massive Attack & UNKLE States Of The Mind is a mix of ambient, mysterious electronic music and contemplative, post rock ideas. Unlike such groups though, you won't hear samples of any music from separate groups. Tyler Dedera Samples his own compostions and rock "jams" into sonically manipulated creations.
