This one's a bit of an experimental track for me, dabbling a bit in different sounds beyond the basic acoustic set-up (though it's still definitely there). I hope you enjoy the ride.

Hey, it's been so long since the last time I saw your face, I recall you're troubled eyes told a story you wouldn't tell but I never could have known you'd let me go... Did you read something in me that wasn't really there find anything out of line worth enough to fear you don't seem concerned with what I've been through am I no more than a bad luck charm to you? Was it just too hard to believe I might've really cared I tried to call to see what's wrong but no one's ever there I know our paths don't cross much these days but I meant it when I said... (you're still in my head) How this storyline has been rearranged you were my best friend and that hasn't changed oh I know it's hard to trust some things left unsaid but I hope you'll find it in your heart to take my word instead.
