Fallin' Hard for you,

Look out below, save the women and children.

Fallin' Hard for you,

Just like I jumped from a ten story building.

Bokum Twilight
Relentless...

Lars Mars write excellent late 70s style pop songs..Falling Hard is a wonderfully cheeky little romp that really reminds me of Nick LOwe,with its beautifully rythmed vocal line and sweet kitchy 50s B/Vs..Excellent..

"LARS MARS Fallin Hard.....a really cool song with a very humorous lyric...the more you listen to it the catchier it gets, sometimes it even reminds me of the 'Happy Days" theme tune, keep seeing The Fonze for some reason,it's incredibly retro and draws it's influences from practically every decade since Alan Freed gave us the term Rock & Roll...it's an incredibly infectious track and i noticed someone had mentioned Nick Lowe in a review and this could be straight out of his songbook, couldn't think of a greater compliment.....{that has to be one of your reviews, hey Steve ?}...".................The Great Indoors

Smile About It

With a bit of time on my hands today, I thought I visit Glenn's Lars Mars page and check out some tracks I have not listened to for some time and found this tripping vibe Fallin' Hard, This track is a well arranged piece with lots of ear candy going on,with outstanding production, great soungcrafting and musicianship , you certainly will be awarded with good entertainment and listening, check out those tasty harmonies and the singing. Cool introduction with the guitar then comes the percussion and the ooo's ,defintely retro from back in the day. little tasty shots of that mississippi sax in spots, great hook, fallin hard for you is a great piece of catchy lyrics. check it out here at the eYe, now I know you will wonder who is this eYe Guy? :)
