Ofcourse the lyrics and the title are very weird, obvious. The song itself however sounds very cool and classy, this song was bascially the inspiration for the sound of the entire album, The Colour of Sound
I started composing it one month before actually working on the album, just as a joke for some friend. Then when I realized how good it was I perfectionated it and started composing the entire album.
There is a deep meaning behind the obscure lyrics, just have another look at it and I'm sure you'll find it.

This song portrays the obsession of people with their genitals. But people are not particularly obsessed with their genitals, people are obsessed with their entire body.
This creates insecurity as it is of great importance that others accept you and your body, evolution gave you this way of thinking. People need to breed and keep the race in existence, therefor you need to have as much sex as possible. Nature sometimes hurts you to do this, mentally. Your brains make you feel agony and pain in order to make you try everything to be accepted, this will result in sex and that will result in children. This will mean succes.
