FLOW is one of the founders of the Hip Hop group, Meshwell as well as the man that produced Meshwell's "Chronicles" cd which features IAC Hip Hop hits such as "Ev'ry Townz Gotta Ghetto" (which was Meshwell's 1st release), "Lose Control", and their greatest IAC release to date, "Your Day Will Come", which was a Hip Hop #1 here as well as #1 in the Underground 40. It also was a Cashbox Magazine Editors Pick for a couple weeks and is currently in the IAC Picks List for Hip Hop.


FLOW has also helped produced solo tracks for local artists in Maine that include the current (10/6/09) IAC Hip Hop #1, "In My Life" by fellow Meshwell member, MoneyBagz, as well as his own solo tracks, "I'm A 164 Product," along with others.


Now, with Meshwell on a break, FLOW is ready to tackle a solo project. He has recruited a few other artists to feature on some of his newest selections. He has already put out "Me and You" ft. Waupi and J-Bonikz, which is a much softer side than what he had shown performing with Meshwell. It is a track for those special ladies out there that we call our girl friends or wives.


FLOW is also working with other producers this time around to help bring the music to not only bring the music to the fore front but also keep the sound interesting and fresh. By doing so, maybe attract new fans
in the process.

	It's Notta Game (Diss Track) This song is a retaliation for a certain females outburst and ranting about me, my family, my friends and my music. I don't usually write tracks like this but I've had enough and for me, this is the best way to do it. 	Me and You ft. Waupi and J-Bonikz I thought it was time to show some versatility. 1st song like this that I've ever released. I brought in Waupi who helped out on the Meshwell song "No More" and her brother "J" to help give some depth to the song. This song goes out to all the girlfriends and wives. Hope you enjoy it!!
