Huge increase in Myspace plays since fellow Maine Rapper gets signed!!
What's been good y'all?! I haven't been on here in quite a while because of the recording of new material. I apologize for not keeping up with y'all.
Since the begining of March, after fellow Maine Rapper "Spose" got signed to Uneversal, many other Maine artists, including myself and others in my camp, have started noticing an influx of plays on our myspace pages, between 400-1000 plays per day. That's an enormous increase for us. We gotta push hard to get out there being from where we are located. Nobody ever thinks of Maine when hip hop is mentioned. Now that "Spose" is out there with the big boys it seems people are starting to notice us in a bigger way. All of us artists are very proud of "Spose" and wish him nothin' but the best in his career and want to thank him for opening the ears of the listeners. Hopefully the plays will start rising for me here as well. If placed more banners and pumpin the hell outta this page and this site.

Congrats FLOW on the increase at myspace. It takes just one artist to hit it big in a relative "unknown" area to make others take a look and see what other great artists are there. That's the problem with Colorado Hip Hop as well...The majors feel that Hip Hop is only geared for the "big cities", when it is a worldwide culture. Hopefully "Spose" gives back the same love that all of you Maine artists are. Good Luck homie!!!

Flow, that's pretty damn cool. It's the trickle down effect that I hope to be a part of some day....
All it takes is a few artists you're networking with to BREAK it big, and then the fuckin' SKY is the limit

Thanks Colin, but the props goes to FLOW, his crew and the artists out there in Maine doin' their thang. We got some shows lined up this summer, festivals and whatnot to get our music heard and let people know what's happening in the smaller markets that do Hip Hop. Wishing FLOW and everyone else working hard, trying to get their music heard this Summer...

Thanx Slim and much appreciated my man. Plans are the same as mine for the summer. Hopefully gonna have a bit of a reunion session here in a coupole weeks. Rah will be up here for a week and hopefully we can re-light that creative fire that made us create songs like "Your Day Will Come" and the rest of the hits we had. Any tracks made will be featured on my solo disc with Rah as a feature as we are both pursuing our own thing but are willing to help out each other ya know. As for the trickle down Phlem mentioned, hopefully it will bust wide open and big things will start happening for more of us Maine artists, no matter the genre. Thanks for always supporting me, my group and my music guys along with Bryon and Aimee as well as many others here. Nothin but love for all of you and I sincerely wish the best of luck to all in their musical endeavours!!!
