After writing and arranging Salsa, Merengue and Latin Jazz for the Grammy nominated Alex Torres y Los Reyes Latinos, Kevin has been hammering out original music that is often hard to categorize as it borrows from a variety of musical traditions including Funk, Latin, Jazz, Rock and World music. Kevin is currently Mus. Dir. and plays trumpet for Central NY's Soul Injection, a 10 piece horn band, is Mus. Dir. for Capital Brass (Mini-Corp) and Brass-O-Mania (strolling 19 pce. Big Band) out of Albany, NY and freelances on trumpet, bass and keyboards. He also does commercial transcribing, composing and arranging, teaches private instrumental music lessons, live sound reinforcement and has his own small rec. studio where he often does demos for local groups and up and coming artists, Kevin is available to work for you in meeting whatever your musical needs may be.
