Buster ‘n Babbles are a free-spirited, funky duo whose music invites the listener to sit back and drink in the beauty and passion of their songs. Lush vocals set on soulful piano and guitar melodies give this duo a distinctive, signature sound. They explore pop, jazz, ambient and classical soundscapes, lyrically blending the sacred into the everydayness of life. The music is usually down tempo and chilled. These days, most of our music time is recording clients in our studio, The Jazz Kitchen. We'd like to do more of our own stuff, but we're full-time musicians and the studio work definitely helps with the bills...besides, we really like the work with our clients. We completed several cool recording projects last year including several singer/songwriters, a woodwind/string quartet, a kid's chorale and a live recording of spontaneous worship music. Quite a spectrum of projects! Check out the music from some of our clients posted on the Jazz Kitchen IAC site (see link on this page). A short while ago, we completed a film score for a documentary that opened with a gala premiere at the Centre for Performing Arts in Toronto. We also performed the live music before and after the screening. Our new CD, "Stones 2", includes music from the film score, the hit song "Waterfall", instrumentals, love songs and worship songs... all done with an eclectic mix of rock, jazz and classical influences...and all for the price of only $8.99. Just click on the DMD Compact Disc OnLine section at the bottom of this page and follow the easy directions. We think you'll enjoy this album.

4/2/2011 8:04:27 PM Hey man :) I see you still have a page here.... cool! I spend a lot of time now on a site called Second Life I play live one hour shows so it's not that I have left here or anywhere else, I just look at it as another tool. Plus I can play live right from my studio. It's a great way to try out new material on non musicians. I do a mix of my songs and old stuff in and around the 60's era. Steve
