Otis G Johnson lives in LaVergne, Tenn. He has had a lengthy career in entertainment, having been both a DJ and on-air TV host of gospel programs in Detroit for many years. Johnson has also been active in the ministry for decades, which he feels is his lifelong calling.In 2003, he received an honorable mention in Billboard's World Song Contest Contemporary Christian/Gospel category, for his composition ""Discover America's Love.
