Freedom Falls are a recent addition to the Rockband scene in Cornwall, England. They were formed in April of 2005 and were supporting an American called Glenn Kaiser and his blues band at a music festival within one month of forming. They play there own brand of rock music all written and produced by the singer and recently recorded a debut album called ""Finding me""which is a ten track album of original rock based music .They are a 4 piece band consisting of the following people- HAYDON - Singer and rythym guitarist, ALEC- Lead guitarist, BEN - Drummer, and SEAN who is the Bass guitarist. The line up consists of 4 talented musicians in their own right and when together they form a tight and punchy Rock Band unit.Their style is very difficult to pin down but only you will know when you listen to their tracks, I suppose they are of the 60/70@s style of Band s such as the Who -Free-Led Zeppelin-Pink Floyd and they have been compared to all sorts of bands including Pearl Jam/Chilli Peppers/Doctor Feelgood etc , etc.They have recently been gigging around the Devon and Cornwall area and are looking to get their music promoted , they have won such awards as track of the day and best drums/beat/guitars/vocalist/mood of the day for their music on a website called www.garageband.com.
They are planning to record another album later this year and in the meantime are looking to play at venues to promote their style of music and of course themselves. So if you like what you hear and want to hear them live keep in contact with the band and hopefully someone will book them at a venue near you, OR of course you could always come to sunny? Cornwall. FREEDOM FALLS	6/14/2006 6:34:12 AM Freedom Falls are "band of the week" on The local commercial radio station in Cornwall "Pirate FM" . They are featured every night this week beginning the 11th June 2006 , the band are interviewed and then a different track each night is played on the airwaves. This was a total suprise for the band and they are over the moon about the exposure and the opportunity to let over 400,000 listeners a week have the chance to hear their music.
FREEDOM FALLS	5/11/2006 3:49:29 AM FREEDOM FALLS will be playing one of the top spots at the Spring Rock festival iat the White Horse Pub , Newport ,Launceston ,Cornwall ,UK on Saturday the 20th of May 2006, they are playing around 8:00 pm in the evening and tracks from their debut album "Finding me" and some new tracks will be played also. It will be a family day out and if you enjoy live music come along and support local bands playing live music.
FREEDOM FALLS	4/15/2006 12:36:47 PM Today is a good day cos I got my tracks uploaded on this site and they work, thanks to the help of the site maintanence people , and now all I have to do is keep on promoting the Band FREEDOM FALLS, they are practising Monday ready for some new tracks and gigging , Hope you people like what you hear and it can only get better.
