Nikki and Mike began working together about 5 years ago, Nikki had begun singing in theatre school, and when Mike needed a singer to perform some of his songs at college it was natural that Nikki would join him.
Mike began songwriting 10 years ago and studied music production and technology at Hereford RNC.
At the same time Ryan joined to play bass. Last year they decided it was time to put a band together and go out and play live. Ryan brought in Matt and Nigel and Julie joined after recording with Mike.
Because Nikki is tiny, we named her the pocket rocket, and so The Pocket Rocket Band was born.
