I was born in Ashburn Ga. The baby daughter of a sharecropper, who later bought a 350 acre near Atlanta Ga. I was Helen Mitchell.
I started singing at age 3 but didn;t sing professionally untill I was 8, then I began sinsing
on the radio in Roberta Ga.
I traveled with my brother and sister as The Mitchell Family, then B.J. and The Country Boys & Miss Helen, after I married. Then I moved to Thomasville Ga. and began singing as The McCall Family, then The Jacksons. In 1986 I began singing on W.M.T.M. radio thru 2000, then I had my own radio program Steps Of Faith Ministry , also on Maranantha TV thru 2004; In 1998 I started writing songs and have written about 75 songs.In 20004 I bagan making my own Cd's as Faith Recordings, now I make DVD's with the same Lable.

Helen McCall	10/18/2010 7:27:36 PM i am a BMI song-writer, I have published my songs with them since 2002 I have written some 100 songs Gospel Blue-grass Country Classic Talk I love writing and singing, I just finished publishing and copywriting 27 new songs. I sing live every week-end for the Seniors. Went to Atlanta and sang this past week-end. God Bless Miss helen
