Mind Over Madder formed in January of 2005. These four seasoned musicians quickly developed a rapport between each other and mutually desired to create the most intense sound possible. With similar influences and open minds Mind Over Madder easily wrote 6 songs within the first month of existence. Months after would produce Mind Over Madder's first demo entitled "Terrortory". Reviews have compared our sound to the likes of Hatebreed, Lamb of God, Pantera, and a completely unique twist on the genre of Hardcore Metal, spoken word. The sound itself is a blend of abrasive, brutal verses with intelligent, technical breakdowns. We intend to extract the inner rage within everyone. We like to take you to that point of no return just to show you a limit you thought you knew. At this point you become stronger, more focused, and more in touch with your surroundings. The lyrical concepts revolve around extreme situations of justified violence stemming from the many evils in society. The stories within our music force the listener to open their eyes to the world around them. At this point a mental decision is made to either become a part of the problem, or the solution.
