What originally started off as a jam-session with two guitars soon developed into an established insider’s tip for Post-Britpop. The feedback after their first few local gigs was so overwhelming that this band soon started its journey through the fascinating world of music.
After releasing their first EP „What Did You Expect?“ Mental Reservation started playing bigger concerts nationwide. They managed to convince the audiences further afield of their eclectic sound of alternative, indie, pop, rock and folk music topped with emotional vocals.
Mental Reservation’s style of music belongs to a niche market in Germany and the band always enjoys presenting their sound to new audiences. Music lovers of all kinds appreciate the atmosphere they create with their contribution to the music scene.
After successfully completing numerous gigs nationwide, doing a joint tour with the British singer Marsha McGhee and contributing to the soundtracks of many film projects, Mental Reservation went back to the studio to record their well-awaited album “yesterday’s snow”. It was released in 2010 and presented at various concerts from local events such as the "Schlossgrabenfest" to Club Punta Arabi on the sunny Spanish island of Ibiza.
The band went back to the studio in 2011 recording their second album "FUZZ" which has been be released in October 2012...
