One of the nicest things about sprunki is that you do not need to understand music theory before playing. You can forget about scales, complicated software, or technical terminology. Pick a character, add it to the track, and listen. The game handles the complicated part while you focus on experimenting and deciding what sounds good to your ears.

The characters in [sprunki](https://funkygame.io/) are not just there to make the screen look interesting. Each one contributes a different sound or musical layer. Some feel more rhythmic, while others add melodies, vocals, or unusual effects. I like that you can recognize a character not only by appearance but also by the sound it adds to your creation.
