Lunabee is a good idea. I'm not sure how it would work in practice, but I think it's a great way to start. I also think that Lunabee will be successful because it's easy to understand and use. You should try this Concrete Landscape Edging Hanover for more ideas. You can make it look like any other website or app, but the content is actually stored in the Lunabee blockchain. You could even make an application that looks like Twitter but uses Lunabee instead of Ethereum.
