A cool mix of decades on this song. Sixties lead guitar, seventies acoustics, and eighties style make up "Gone Strange". I'm not sure how many guitars (and possibly a mandolin)were used on this song but it has a full acoustic sound. (awr) This song is partially mixed like the mid-60s records; percussion and lead primarily out of one speaker; rhythm mostly out of the other. Triplet runs are nice here. A movie tune? Maybe. (thh)
