Give us a heart for this City Its people its pain
Restoring its birthright, proclaiming Your name,
Taking back territory, street after street,
Blessing the lives of the faces we meet,
Declaring salvation and Your Kingdom come,
Reclaiming Your vision, we're ready to run,
For Your Spirit is on us to set captives free,
In the heart, in the heart of this city!
We cast down the pride of power
And call forth the gifts of grace
So all that is not Holy,
Will swiftly be replaced.
As we cry out for this City,
