I know this song: it's the one that will never make it to No. 1 because it's too good; Cassell's voice floats smoothly over the jazz acoustics, but I'm especially enamored with the use of low strings, the upright bass and the extended chorus. Played it back immediately. Can't recommend this enough (thh). Well said. Something that jumps out at me is the understated tasteful production. I'm not a big fan of voice doubling versus harmonies but it really works well with this song. (awr).
