I once did this song for a challenge on a recording forum to write a song, record it and upload it in 1 day. And it worked out very well, I surprised myself actually. Ironically the lyrics of the song were exactly about why people feel the urge to do these sort of things. This was also how I came up with the idea of a musical journal. © Jean Midde
