A call from the still, small voice within us all! Also from the new album Ravensong, this emotive and powerful song features a wonderful one-take Steffe Sharpstrings guitar solo.

Can’t you see they are lighting fires all around your citadel
It’s a spiritual tug of war, taking on more and more
I want to hear it in your voice, I want to see it in your face,
That the flames can’t burn the heart of your sacred space

Watch the stars and know they shine for you
Gliding across the sky to meet you now

Hello how are you? Don’t you remember me?
I’m the one who wants to love you, I’m the one who wants you free

There’s a swell of restless water, brimming over with silent names
Their ship will never sail, the winds will not prevail
‘cos there are too many who hope and there are too many who fight
For the channel of Love there, flickering in the night

Watch the stars and know they shine for you (reaching down, wanting to be known)
Gliding across the sky to meet you now

Hello how are you? Don’t you remember me?
I’m the one who wants to love you, I’m the one who wants you free
Hello - shine free

Hello how are you? Don’t you remember me?
I’m the one who wants to love you I’m the one who wants you free
Hello - shine free, hello - shine free!

Free (reaching down, wanting to be known)

LEGENDARY MUSIC
Fusion: "fu-sion \ a merging of diverse elements into a unified whole" ... hmmm, okay then, how about Cosmic: "cos-mic \ characterized by greatness especially in extent, intensity". Well, I just thought I would confirm those two words with my Funk & Wagnalls, and no surprise at all to me and just as I thought, Susan and Satch and their contemporary musical compadres here have hit the nail dead on the head with the title for this tremendously powerful and moving piece. By the time they all got me to the Steffe Sharpstrings guitar solo I was already sailing high above the clouds amidst this penultimate display of musical cosmic fusion. Susan's gorgeous vocals - yes they are "gorgeous" - are richly and warmly coloured with her haunting harmony vocals. Great lyrics here and awesome production and arrangement, plus one right out-of-this-world blazing fly me to the moon guitar solo. It has been a few months since I have had an opportunity to review more songs and artists for my station. What an immense pleasure it is to finally pick it up again with this dynamic gem by Susan and Satch and company - most definitely a merging of diverse musical elements into a superbly unified whole characterized by greatness and intensity!! Welcome to the world stage at Legendary Music.

In the Artists Own Words
This song is a reminder, a call from the still, small voice within each of us, inviting us to welcome in our spirit, our soul, our sacred nature. In the face of our material world we truly need reconnection to our sacred selves and to our sacred spaceship, the planet Earth.

Over The Moon Two
