We usually imagine indies as artists who write and play their own music , but TSC have swerved from the obvious here and taken a well known and loved folk tune, and pulled down the blinds. This a dark version of the classic, bringing a totally new emotion to the Sounds of Silence, double tracking deep vocal harmonies with a storm beating at the window. Now that is Indie folks!!

I have worked with Ken on only one song, a funky jazz fusion tune where he did some tasty percussion. I appreciated his help a lot , now saying that, it took me some time to come around on his version of The sound of silence , did not quite appeal to me originally , it took a few more listens to properly appreciate what he has done, and on this interpretation you can feel the heartfelt vibe in this one and the arrangement is very carefully assembled and kept close to that acoustic groove. I truly can say, Ken has done justice to this song. very enjoyable and tastefully arranged and produced. Good job Ken
