Nesting in Brighton, these happy chappies became friends super fast in the winter of 2007 over a mutual love for sounds both loud and quiet, trees, cheese and naturally...Robin Hood. Rob the Rich play their pop music rather loud and rather fast with spikey guitars, soaring vocals and a synth sound to make your belly cry. Sharing the stage with the likes of Jack Penate, The Metros, Pete and the Pirates and Das Pop to name just a few, has seen them perfect their raucous live show. Features on Steve Lamacq's BBC Radio 6 show and the Best of Myspace Podcast has contributed to the bands' already sizeable fanbase. Just one year old, 2009 promises to be a good year for these gentlemen. They want to be five busy bees.
