Which song of yours is unfairly overlooked?
Well, for me, it's all of them, really... ;-)
But I never hear of anyone listening to
"And To Think"
It's pretty much a perfect pop song, in my mind. And a pure pop song.
And it's not very popular.
Hmmmmm......
It flows. And I love the chord progression, if I can give myself a little pat on the back:
(A, Ab9, D, F#, E)
What are your overlooked gems?
I'm looking forward to checking them out.

I have now created A STATION dedicated to these poor, little songs.
Gimmie the links here.

I wouldn't say that any song of mine has been "unfairly" overlooked because all is fair in this thing of ours but there is a song that I would like folks to give a second look at and it's this one:

Try, Larree.
Ain't there one song that you thought, "That's the one!", only to have it disappear into the ether?
We know that you're not a crybaby. But, I'm not saying that you have to lament over it; just be a little surprised that it didn't grab more folks.

I thought this would draw a bit more attention when I put it out there:
Standing Here
I was pretty proud of this one and it got kind of a yawn of a reaction.

I was disappointed no one gave me an opinion when I posted this song last week -
Place Of Gratitude
good observation that some of us do feel certain songs don't receive the hearing they deserve...thanks for the platform

Well I was going to say all of them but you beat me to it!
I don't think it's the greatest thing I've ever done, but Somber is really cool and original I think. I doesn't get a lot of attention I feel because it's too abstract for most people to wrap their narrow minds around... but people who think outside the box and are open minded seem to appreciate it.

This one isn't a masterpiece, but I like it -- and it's our least listened to tune right now--- I know it's pretty SIMPLE as far as the bass riff goes, but... Is it really THAT horrible as a song? gaaaa.... I dunno, you decide Todd:

I re-demoed "Place of Gratitude" in a lower key. Now I don't sound like I'm busting a vocal chord... :>)
