Wow! Coming from you, Scott - that means a lot to me. I know you have very selective taste ;-) I slaved over this song for 2 years. It's nice to be rewarded for the work by someone who really knows music.

Holy Shit Richard this song is great. Nice production, great guitar, lush vocals,
I'm not as eloquent as some others but DAMN Richard this is really good.
This is the Richard I've been waiting to hear for all these years. I knew you had him locked up in a closet somewhere. Its about time you let him out, WOW!

This is just the prettiest, love song I've heard in a while. All the production, vocals, guitar harmonies and lyrics add up to absolutely a story book picture in my mind. Beautiful, Richard ...

Forgive my crassness I'm just an old goat that has been kicked in the head a few too many times.
I really think this is your best work yet. It sounded great.
I hope to hear more Richard productions like this.

Thank you, Delores, for those kind words. I feel kind of overwhelmed by all these great reactions and they are very much appreciated. I wish I could come up with songs like this more often but by the grace of the laws of chance and the help of the muse I play the hand I’m dealt with every song I write.
I just do the work and hope for the best. Sometimes I catch lightning in a bottle and sometimes I don’t.

I don't belive in luck or chance. It took hard work to create this song. We all know it.
It might surprise you to find out that I believe in you even when you don't.
Any comments I ever make are in the interest of making your production be the best it can possibly be.
You are on a good path stick to it.

Lightening in a bottle haha - good way to put it. To me it feels like someone else is writing the tune and I just go on automatic pilot ... anyway when it happens, it's a miracle. I guess that's what keep us all going. It's a gift for sure.

Once again, Bryon Tosoff gives us a master class on the poetry of the song critique on display at IMPNATION. I know we sound like a mutual admiration society but that's the kind of society that will save us from mutual destruction.
Thank you, Bryon for speaking the language of art in such a generous and colorful way. When you celebrate the art of others, you reveal your own inner thoughts and aspirations in a way that communicates directly into the soul of the artist you are talking about. I wish more of us spoke that language. You cut away all that is superfluous and you get right to the essence of a thing in a way that leaves no doubt that you understand exactly what someone else is trying to say and do with their art.
My wife inspired this song and when I read your critique to her she was as moved as I was. It really made my day and hers.
Let's keep doing what we do, Bryon. In the book of life, we're certainly on the same page.
