That link you posted broke because you used more than one line for the lnk code, IAC's forum code iserts a <br> at the end of each line to make it easy for people to tpye in on html.
Perhaps Safari is iadding line breaks instead of wordwrapping?

Thanks for the help, guys. Apple tech support suggested that I erase any IAC cookies from my Safari preferences because they felt there was a defective cookie.
I've done that and now I'm posting this link as a test. Let's see if it works.

It works!! Problem solved. As an alternative solution I was using Firefox as my browser and I was able to post links with that but I prefer using Safari.
It's interesting that you mentioned Java Script because that was another update I downloaded along with the Safari update. I always repair permissions after every new update but things can still go awry.

I edited the link to add " open in new window" ( after dragging the the complete addresss into Kompozer , thats to say : outside of safari

good ! an,other idea: before closing safari : reinitialyze just with " delete cookies " checked if you need the other infos ...
( I reinitialyse very often to avoid cookies to be burned ...)
