Pur Pale: Evolution of Love (Poetic Short Story)
Evolution of Love
Ryan 'Tweak' Clark
Wrap that cloth around my eyes
Giving trust to what I deny
Lead me forward into the streets
You whisper to let go of all my fear
Taking my face upon your hands
Kissing the lips of an insecure man
Guide my hand onto your breast
Hear your whisper "Fuck the rest"
your hand slips down to feel me hard
I take your heart, jump start the charge
I lose control of all my fears
Now I make you moan upon my ears
I feel your body
I feel your soul
I feel the passion it's not a mold
I feel the warmth upon our skin
I feel the back arch as I force my way in
I slide my hand down your chest, along your breast and around your hips
Pushing your body against the wall
I release myself into you so far
Exchange our whispers love we heard
I trust you baby beyond everything I heard
Where ever we are it seems so far
Untie this cloth reveal where we are
She kissed my lips and slid the cloth across my eyes
Revealing what to my surprise was an intersection, cars stopped, gazing eyes
On sidewalks, in windows of houses and shops saw people all watching, shocked and repauled
This baby, my love is the truth I showed you the fear is dismissed
and our love grows through and true
My love I have seen now a nature of ways in which primitive acts in which was hard to display
The lifting of fear creating a new day dismissing the ways of public affections displays
For this love has no bounds and forever it shall stay until our hearts may be withered as time eats our way.
