Infinite record shelves
Hello, this is our first blog, the people at IAC tell us that hit and run promo will be removed from the front page, so whatever you do please don't go to our homepage and listen to our two excellent songs that lots of people especially the lovely Raymond Porter have already been kind enough to add to their stations and write nice comments about.
It's UK based lounge Indie for grown ups, we call it sadcore.
It's great having this IAC thing, it's great getting music on the web but if the internet is a massive record store with aisles that are infinitely long it's going to be hard for people to find you, I've got trouble finding the milk at my local store and it's aisles are nowhere near infinite in size.
Hopefully after reading this a few more people will find us, feel free to go to the checkout afterwards or failing that at least tell fellow shoppers about the stuff in your basket.

That's not quite what the people at IAC told you. Welcome to the site. The point is that if you get involved in the community you have a lot of opportunity to be heard, as this is a very active community. However if you only show up with 'listen to me', yes, eventually we'll move your blog off the front page.
lounge indie - sadcore. sounds interesting. So what life experiences led you into that realm? :D
