New track uploaded. Like I just wrote it three weeks ago and now it's done
That's a big improvement from my last recording project which seemed to stretch out to eternity. Ha.
Anyway, I wrote this song for my friend's movie. I'm not really releasing it or anything. And even if I was I would still put it up on iacmusic first because I like playing my music for you first. Best positive feedback on the web right here!
It's called Spinning Dry

Totally dug the guitar tone and note choices! It had me rocking in my chair (and this ain't no rocker). Of course, everyone has to be a producer, so here's my two cents: I wish you would have used that AM radio voice effect more sparingly, like in a middle verse or something, but not all the way through. But I understand that's the way you thought was best. All in all, I really loved the energy. It's avery cool song. Peace.

Thanks Tom! Glad you were feeling it. My friend who asked me to write a song for his movie, said he's been into this band that has that overdriven vocals sound to it. So that, and the fact that I think I just wanted to sound like The Black Keys, influenced my decision to rock the overdrive for the whole song. Hehe.

It's about two alcoholics in L.A. who meet randomly and also happen to share a past of alien abduction.

Great tune dude. Well done for being a quickie.
The movie sounds out of this world too. (sorry, couldn't help myself)

@Shoe City Sound. He's filming it as I type right now. So it'll be a moment before you can buy it on Amazon or see it on Netflix (Probably not gonna be in theaters...though you never know!) My friend James Avallone co-wrote it with actor James Duvall (Donnie Darko, Independance Day) and thjey got some other real actors to join the fray. It's gonna be pretty sweet I think.
@Duane Flock. Thanks man! It did come together rather quickly. And I always love a good pun.....heck, I always love a bad pun as well.
Did I mention I played all the instruments on this track? Another pat on the back for me? Anyone? haha. I kid I kid.
