Can a Great Album Really be Made Without an Acoustic Piano?
I mean, I'm sure there have been many...
But what I really mean is I don't think I'll be able to if I don't get my acoustic piano into the show...
I don't really like digital versions much...
But seriously, how you gonna make a great album without a piano?
But then, there was no piano on "There's a Riot Goin' On" was there?
I take it back...

Breakfast in America-Supertramp, it is just one example of a how a electronic piano was used, with one of the fattest coolest sounds ever on a piano by Wurlitzer, one of my fav groups and album. I still prefer acoustic but my second choice is the groovin sound of the Wurly

There are some styles of music where an acoustic piano actually would be a detriment.
Have you ever done a song with just your voice and piano, I don't recall hearing one.

Well, yeah, there is one, but is kind of embarrassing in that it was just a demo, but I have it posted. I intend to redo it, but it is a pretty cool song:
