Health is everything, isn't it?
I'm so fatigued all the time, I just ain't the way I used to be. I have good days when I get stuff done but I never get caught up. I have more bad days where I do nothin' the whole day. Sometimes coffee makes me more tired. It takes longer to go to the bathroom. How can I enjoy life when my legs are so weak? I could eat a piece of cheesecake but it's a short lived thrill.
I'm gonna try to get some stuff done today, wonder how long I'll last before I have to take a nap?

Yes, health is #1 on the priority pole. You got to keep moving or everything slowly starts to fade. I get up and walk 4 1/2 miles every morning. It is painful but without it I begin to stiffen up. I take Glucosamine/chondroitin for my joints. Vitamin D3 is good for bones and teeth. A few puffs of weed improves the mental mood and helps with the pain. A good massage is great for the tired muscles. Swimming or just walking around the pool is a great non stressful exercise. Regular sex helps to increase endorphins that build up stamina and relieves the stress of being old. Listening to or playing music stimulates to spirit. Regular naps are good for you. These are all things that help me to remain spry and happier. Try some or all of them. It may help ya and it may not. But it won't hurt to try. My body is very fucking jacked up. But my spirit keeps me alive and eager to face the riggers of getting older
Much Respect,
