IAC made a fluke mistake with our song. And some honest unconditional reviews for you!
So unfortunately, for some reason, when we uploaded our newest track it never showed up on the "New Songs" List. We are pretty bummed about this because the people who have heard it so far really like it and we know a lot of stations grab songs off of that list, so we may have missed out on some publicity there. So... we were hoping by posting this a few more people could get the chance to hear our latest tune and let us know what you think.
Racing a Firedragon
Also, after reading over some other topics here, I thought that I might like to offer some honest review/opinions on peoples tunes (without a bunch of conditions), but as not to get too bogged down I would like to ask that just one song per artists be asked, and I'll give priority to anyone who can offer (even if brief) some feedback on any of our songs.
Please remember that I am not a producer or an expert.
Thanks,
Drewsus (OatP)

There are a lot of good things about this song, very free and original, what I like the most is the title though "Racing the Fire Dragon" I would like to know how it hooks into the song, if it does in some way
maybe its your at a chinese festival and your running with the firedragon through all the imagery

Interesting nigels, I think the title basically came from what we felt was the action of the song, in my mind (and it may not be this way for Otis) I feel like the "bridge" part with the acoustic guitar is like a rain storm calming and delaying the race and give people time to look around the scenery, and then it starts back up.
Actually though, when listening I usually just see a myriad of colors and shapes, usually jagged lines, nothing as concrete as the title would suggest, but now that you mention it, I love the image of the Chinese festival and some fireworks maybe, but definitely a Chinese firedragon.

Ya nigels, you do it as well, I remember seeing a lot of images and colors when I added that first song to our station.
Sam, it is a beautiful place to be and we are glad to join you there.
