I only clicked it once :) sorry...
I wonder if this had an effect on his heart..
Michael Jackson will need to be supremely fit to perform a series of 50 shows in London starting next month. The dates are fast approaching. Who better to get the so-called King of Pop into royal shape than bodybuilder and actor Lou Ferrigno, who was known for having fast-growing muscles playing The Incredible Hulk on television in decades past.
Ferrigno’s wife, Carla, on Thursday told Reuters that her husband has been helping Jackson train in advance of the shows.

pop, there goes another one. Death pin pricked his soul and his spirit left. we all go sometime, like I say
do good in your own world. nothing else matters.
death has no respect not for the famous or the rich or poor
he has been digitally sampled by his works and life for future reference
we have this kinda tape recorder going in us.
his spirit recorder was just ejected out of of his player and filed away

MSNBC has just reported that Michael Jackson had recently made arrangements for Paul McCartney to get back 50% of the Beatles catalog. (50% was sold to Sony)

I didn't see this one coming, either.
RIP, Michael.
That was one talented motha.
Not to sound flip, but I wonder how soon until we start hearing about sightings at Burger Kings and Disneyland and whatnot.

the day Jacko died
I was affected by this. Michael Jackson was another American saga. Like Elvis, people will remember him for things other than his music, unfortunately. Whether or not he really was a child molestor or not, he'll always be remembered by some as that.
Here's the Jacko I remember. When I first got into 45s, he had a couple big hits and I bought some of his singles. Got to Be There and I Wanna Be Where You Are. Both good soul songs, I still like them now. His version of Rockin Robin made me like a song I normally wouldn't. Itty Bitty Pretty One was a good one too, though that was with the Jackson 5. Never Can Say Goodbye was good by them or Issac Hayes.
I remember a friend saying how great Off the Wall was. Is that what it was called? Soon after that Thriller made him into a living idol and then he gradually became a freak. Sad because he didn't need to be a freak, he couldn't handle being the King of Pop. So he went off the deep end and from this point forward, he could never bounce back make a comeback from all his adversity - but it ultinately didn't matter because he's a legend any way you cut it. You don't get bigger than he was for a time. He died too early of course but he'd want to be remembered for as he was when he was 30, one of the shiniest stahs any of us will ever see in society.
LaToya, Janet, and Jermaine are all alive though, count your blessings.

He made 2 of 45 rehearsals for the upcoming gigs in London and couldn't complete those. He was clearly in no condition to do the 50 show stand let alone one of them.
Someone should have known this very early on.
