Work
Well, here's my first effort for 2013. I call it "work". It's sort of a hybrid Hip-Hop song with a hidden 007 twist. I am retired but I still remember what it was like to get up every morning and go to a job or jobs (I often had two or three) and slave till the Sun went down. I think most people will agree with the sentiments of the song.
Respect!

Great song and production as always. Love those beats! Another Stoneman joint at it's finest. You consistently turn out quality material.

Thought this was really well done Stoneman..Love the vocals and the yearning melancholy feel..Well constructed and written song
Great lyric and so true..Was reading a survey of top regrets of people on their death beds..Very top of the list was wishing they hadn't worked so hard thru their lives
Thats definitely not gonna be mine ! lol

I feel you there Steve. I have been retired from my day job since 2003. Best decision I ever made! Music is all I do now. I'm in heaven right here on earth.

Thats the way to live Stoneman !
I'm currently doing just that -but doing so 'cos i'm unemployed - and have been since September...
To say working all day on my music and not having lots of energy n time consumed everyday having to work suits me is a massive understatement..
Its not gonna last forever -but i'm making the most of all the free time i've got while i can..
Its what i'm born to do...
God agrees -but the world dosn't unfortunately lol
