Transistions are common but most times we suspect that change is only temporary. As a prison chaplain I witnessed people changing all the time. Some have remained new and improved for over 30 years now. 3 years ago one of my nephews got out of prison. He spent most of his youth in there. But now he is out, married with children, has a great job/trade and will be graduating from the protestant seminary in June. He has his eye on being a non-denominational prison chaplain like I was. He has truly changed. I wrote this song in honor of him and his committment to being a humbled servant.
